For your next
K-pop catch-up.
A place to keep up with the artists you love, and maybe find a few new favorites.
kpop/fwd covers K-pop comebacks, releases, tours, charts, awards, TV appearances, debuts, and official notices. We're independent, with no ties to an artist, agency, or label.
Where our stories come from
We wait for confirmation from an official artist, agency, or label account, or a trusted news outlet, before we publish. You'll find those links in the "Confirmed by" box on every article, along with the dates we checked them.
We write our own coverage and check quotes, numbers, and dates against the sources. If a detail isn't confirmed, we leave it out.
What we leave out
We don't cover rumors or dating speculation. Stories about scandals, health, legal matters, or someone's personal life need official confirmation. When we cover a statement on these subjects, we stick to what it says and keep the wording neutral.
Photos, videos, and posts
Most stories use thumbnails from official artist and label YouTube videos, served directly by YouTube. When there's no official video, we may use a photo of the artist hosted here on our site.
Articles may include official YouTube videos and X posts. YouTube thumbnails and embeds connect to those platforms when you open a page. X posts load when you open a page, and X may set cookies. YouTube videos use its privacy-enhanced player, which may also use cookies when you play a video.
When we get something wrong
We fix errors with a dated note on the article and an entry in our corrections log. If we retract a story, we leave a removal notice at its address and remove it from our story lists and feeds.
