The 2026 MAMA Awards are going in the round. CJ ENM said on Wednesday, October 21, that this year’s show will introduce a 360-degree stage and its largest-ever performer lineup for a single host city.
The awards take place November 20 and 21 at Kyocera Dome Osaka in Japan, under the theme “A Music Interstellar.”
The lineup spans generations. Newer acts ALPHA DRIVE ONE, CORTIS, Hearts2Hearts, ALLDAY PROJECT and RESCENE will perform alongside veterans Nayeon, Hwasa, CL and BIGBANG.
The staging is built around getting closer to fans. Besides the in-the-round stage, the artists’ seating area will be lowered to audience eye level, and performers will have routes through the crowd so more people can see them up close.
