BOL4 is back for fall. An Ji-yeong’s one-person band released its 10th EP, ‘October Archive’, on Thursday, October 22, through her agency Kanverse.
The five-track EP is built around autumn, An’s favorite season. She wrote the lyrics and composed every track, and oversaw the production too. In a press release, she called the season “a source of comfort for me, a season of longing and a time when I experienced love in its purest form.”
There are two leads. ‘Golden Hour’ mixes modern rock with a retro feel, and actor Chae Jong-hyeop appears in its music video. ‘Full Count’ comes from An’s love of baseball.
The EP lands three months after ‘Please Summer!’, her July remake of Indigo’s 2002 song.
