It’s been a big week for CLOSE YOUR EYES. The group’s fourth mini album set a new sales high, and its title track ‘Drop That!’ just won its first music show.
A new personal best
‘256th Note’ came out on September 30. According to Hanteo Chart, it sold 711,224 copies in its first week, the most the group has ever sold in a debut week. The old record was 570,073, set by the third mini album ‘blackout’.
First trophy for ‘Drop That!’
On the October 9 episode of KBS 2TV’s ‘Music Bank’, ‘Drop That!’ went up against BOYNEXTDOOR’s ‘ANIMAL’ and came out on top with 9,020 points. It’s the song’s first win.
