HEART OF WOMAN just gave fans an early taste of their next era! On October 28, the group (also known as H.O.W: Ji-hyun, Chae-i, A-in, Riri and Ryu-in) shared the music video for ‘Melt’ on their official YouTube channel, a pre-release track from their first mini album, ‘ETERNAL FADE’.
The video plays out in a dreamlike world built around light and time. The members chase a mysterious glow into an unfamiliar place, and by the end they find a light of their own beyond the one that led them there, a quiet nod to growing, changing and starting something new.
Sound-wise, ‘Melt’ mixes UK garage with drum and bass to capture hearts that start out cold and slowly soften as they’re drawn to each other.
‘ETERNAL FADE’ is HEART OF WOMAN’s first comeback since their debut, which came with a 13-track first full-length album full of Y2K flavor. The mini album arrives on November 5. Until then, press play on the ‘Melt’ MV below.
