ILLIT Are Back with Fifth Mini Album 'BREAK EVEN' and 'You're Under Arrest'

ILLIT have officially returned, and they’ve traded the starry-eyed crush songs for something a little colder. The group released their fifth mini album ‘BREAK EVEN’ on October 26 at 6 p.m. KST, along with the music video for title track ‘You’re Under Arrest’.

The album’s name borrows the economic idea of a break-even point: this time ILLIT say they’re done putting their hearts and time into a relationship that doesn’t give anything back. ‘You’re Under Arrest’ is an electro-pop track aimed squarely at someone whose easy kindness gave the wrong idea, and its four songs are written to play as one connected story.

Fans watching the video will spot a familiar face, too. Actor Song Kang makes a special appearance.

‘BREAK EVEN’ arrives six months after ILLIT’s fourth EP, ‘MAMIHLAPINATAPAI’.
