ILLIT’s debut song just hit another big number. ‘Magnetic’ has passed 900 million streams on Spotify, which makes it the fastest debut song by a K-pop group to get there, according to the group’s agency, BELIFT LAB.

The track crossed the line on Sunday, about two years and seven months after it came out in March 2024. “This is the shortest time taken among the debut songs of K-pop groups that have reached the same number of streams on Spotify,” the agency said.

‘Magnetic’ mixes pluggnb and house, comparing a crush to a magnet’s pull. It topped Korean music charts when it dropped and went on to enter both the Billboard Hot 100 and the UK’s Official Singles Chart Top 100.
