Bunnies, here’s another big one: NewJeans’ ‘ETA’ has passed 500 million streams on Spotify, with 508,623,600 plays as of November 2, according to Star News.
‘ETA’ was one of the three title tracks on the group’s second EP, ‘Get Up’, and it’s loved for a performance that mixes hip-hop with a Jersey club beat. When it came out, it took the No. 1 and No. 2 spots on major Korean music charts together with fellow title track ‘Super Shy’, and it also made the Billboard Hot 100. On Spotify, it stayed on the Weekly Top Songs Global chart for six weeks in a row and on the Weekly Top Songs USA chart for three weeks in a row.
That makes ‘ETA’ the seventh NewJeans song to reach 500 million Spotify streams, and the group’s songs have now passed 8.2 billion streams on the platform combined.
