The sound

‘Birthday Wish’ is a pop song that mixes moombahton, afro and future house.

The rollout

NMIXX announced the comeback at midnight KST on September 21 and spent four weeks building up to it. A trailer came on September 28, followed by concept photos and a choir-style a cappella version of the highlight medley. The regular medley arrived on October 15, and a music video teaser followed on October 18.
