What a week for PLAVE. Billboard’s new charts, released October 27, put the virtual group’s fifth mini album ‘HYPERDRIVE’ at No. 31 on the Billboard 200, their first time inside the top 40 of the main U.S. albums chart.

It’s only their second Billboard 200 entry, too. Their previous one, ‘Caligo Pt.2,’ debuted at No. 145 this spring.

Three No. 1s

‘HYPERDRIVE’ also opened at No. 1 on Top Album Sales, making it the best-selling album of the week in the U.S., and No. 1 on World Albums. It’s the first time PLAVE have led either chart. On top of that, the group came back to the Emerging Artists chart at a new peak of No. 1.

Global charts and the Artist 100

Every song on the album made Billboard’s global charts this week. Title track ‘Star Trace’ led the way at No. 32 on the Global Excl. U.S. and No. 84 on the Global 200.

PLAVE also returned to the Artist 100 at a new high of No. 25, their second week on the chart.
