Xdinary Heroes return as five with 'IMPULSE'

Xdinary Heroes are back with a slightly different lineup. The band released its ninth mini album, ‘IMPULSE’, on October 12 at 6 PM KST, along with the music video for the title track ‘Obsessed with Youth’.

A new chapter

This is the band’s first comeback as a five-piece, following Gun-il’s departure. The current lineup is Jungsu on keys, Gaon and Jun Han on guitar, O.de on synth and Jooyeon on bass. ‘IMPULSE’ has seven new tracks.

The title track

‘Obsessed with Youth’ starts soft, with dreamy synths and emotional vocals, then builds to a wall of heavy guitar riffs. It’s an EDM rock song about the bright, fleeting moments of being young.

The music video is on JYP Entertainment’s YouTube channel.
